How to get in touch with Support?

Our technical support services are available for you through chat or email, M-F 9 am-6 pm on working days.

You can get in touch with them in different ways:

1. From the "Contact" button you will see in the left side panel:

1. From the chat button you will see inside of the platform, in the left down corner. To make your experience simpler, this button is not available inside the video consultation room or inside the medical chat service. In case you want to access the support chat, you need to go to the Dashboard.
