How to issue an electronic prescription

To issue an electronic prescription, you must have introduced a complete medical ID number (prefix included). If you didn't introduce it correctly when logging in for the first time, please contact our Support Team at support@docline.com so we can help you.

The patient also needs to have a valid ID in the platform so the pharmacy is able to dispense the medications.

The steps to generate the prescription are: 

1. From the Dashboard, click on "Issue Prescription". 

2. In the pop-up, click on "E-Prescription". 

3. Fill out the form and click on "Issue Prescription"

The patient will receive the prescription in an SMS message and with a link on their email alongside a PDF with their medication details. Once received, they can go to the pharmacy to pick it up.
