How to access a videoconsultation

To access a video consultation already scheduled, you need to go to the "Video Consultations" menu on the left side panel. On the pending video consultations list, you just need to click the camera button to join a video consultation.

When you access a video consultation, you will first see a screen asking you for video and audio permissions. You must accept those so the video consultation works correctly.

These permissions also need to be accepted by your patient, so communication flows without any issue. Once accepted, you will correctly join the video consultation.
