How to create a clinical history for a patient

If you want to edit the clinical history of a patient, go to "Patients" and select them from the list.

On the tab "clinical history" you will be able to edit the information you need about their family and personal history, as well as add any observations.

Please remember to click on the "save button" so all the information is saved on the platform.
